We took several classes… All were WONDERFUL. The teachers were non-judgmental and provided all of the information that we needed to make informed choices. We also used the doula services–Rachel was on call the night that we delivered, and I can’t say enough good things about her! She helped us figure out how to manage each stage of labor and she helped my husband know what might be helpful for me.
